This position is ideal for experienced carers who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and ensure that clients receive the best possible care.
Provide home-based care to clients, including personal care, companionship, and practical support, ensuring their independence and dignity.
Deliver clinical care, including administering medication, monitoring patient conditions, and liaising with healthcare professionals
Support nurses and medical staff in hospitals, care homes, or private homes, assisting with patient care, hygiene, and mobility support.
Provide tailored care for individuals with specific conditions, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in meaningful activities.
Schedule and coordinate carer visits, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain communication between clients, families, and care staff.
